WHAT I SPECIALISE IN:
I specialise in a client-centered, humanistic approach that brings together a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, DBT, SFBT. I am adept at customising these approaches through feedback and collaboration. This is to best support individuals in harnessing their innate strengths and insight, and help them to move forward to a place of self -understanding and congruence.
WHO I WORK WITH:
My previous work experience sees me working with mothers and young children. I worked closely with professionals, caregivers, and children to tailor a customised approach for the families. With mothers, I focused on working with trauma, anxiety and depression whilst with children, I focused on working with families on their developmental milestones. In my current work, I work with women who have faced family violence and work with them on overcoming past trauma and later, empowering them. I also journey with teens to strengthen their confidence and move towards self-actualization.
In my freelance and volunteering work, I work with individuals to support them in their mental health, or work on issues relating to trauma, grief and OCD. These diverse experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges in different stages of life and helps me to adapt my approach to meet each person where they are at.

During our therapy sessions, you can expect a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I will listen to hear you. I will pace with you and together, we will collaborate to identify and address your needs and goals. I will then tailor my approach to use my experience and knowledge in evidence-based modalities to foster positive change at the pace suitable for you.
